Perfect Rice!

Rice.  I know everybody says they have the perfect way to do rice... every time.

Well, guess what?  So do I...

I take about a tablespoon of oil and a pinch of salt.  I gently heat this in a pan, add 2 cups of rice... I generally use Basmati...

Stir on low heat for 2 minutes... add 3 cups of water... raise the heat and bring it just to the boil. Then I cover it, move it to a cool burner... turn the burner on as low as possible... let it go for 10 minutes... and then let it sit covered for 15...

Voilà!  Perfect.  Every time.  No... really... perfect... every time... I'm serious!!!!!
